Foundation committee positions offer 18-month terms and are comprised of board members and non-board members. If interested in getting involved, please contact Joyce at email@example.com.
Corporate Engagement Committee
The Corporate Engagement Committee is essential for growing the sponsorship, underwriting and in-kind contributor base for VCF fundraising events, and to ensure that a competitive and comprehensive benefits package is in place. Each committee member is expected to reach out to his or her own network of colleagues on behalf of the organization, as well as build relationships within the business community in order to engage new corporate partners in supporting the mission of Vincentian.
Vincentian Society Committee
The Vincentian Society Committee is responsible for cultivating and growing the Vincentian Society (donors who contribute $1,000 or more annually) by providing communications, hosting and supporting the Heart of Gold Awards Dinner, garden parties, and tours while also encouraging members to become advocates and help grow this giving society.
Planned Giving Committee
The VCF Planned Giving Committee ensures the growth of Vincentian’s planned giving program by developing policies and best practices in planned giving management (including bequests and endowments), reviewing and providing recommendations to the board on Memorial Fund and Naming Rights requests, and making recommendations that ensure that long-term financial goals of the Foundation are being met in order to prepare for the 100th Anniversary.
Donor Relations Committee
The Donor Relations Committee serves as a liaison to current and potential donors on all campuses by attending events, assisting with thank-you efforts, reaching out to lapsing / lapsed donors, and strengthening relationships between the Foundation and Vincentian’s various ministries. The Donor Relations Committee also ensures a strong presence at all special events.
