Real estate that meets certain criteria can be included as part of a trust or donated as part of your will or estate plans. 

SAMPLE LANGUAGE: “I leave to Vincentian Charitable Foundation, Pittsburgh, PA the real property described as follows: [property description] . I direct my Executor / Personal Representative to sell the above-described real property and distribute the proceeds to Vincentian Charitable Foundation, 8250 Babcock Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15237, Tax ID 75-3263876, for its general purposes.
